By booking or using our car transfer and tour services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Horizon Stars (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the customer (“you,” “your”).
1.1. Horizon Stars provides car transfers and guided tours worldwide for individuals and groups.
1.2. All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided via email or other agreed communication methods.
1.3. By booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2.1. Reservations: All reservations must be made through our website, email, or authorized agents.
2.2. Payment: Horizon Stars LLC will put an authorization hold on your credit card with the full amount of the booking. Your credit card will be charged at the time of confirmation, after your ride is completed or if a late cancellation occurs. Specific payment details will be communicated during the booking process.
We do not have access to view your full card details at any time. By providing your card information, you agree to our terms and conditions and authorize us to charge your card for the agreed-upon amount. Your card will remain on file for any additional charges or refunds, which will be processed promptly if applicable. If you have any questions or concerns about your charges, please contact us via email so we can assist you in resolving the matter. *You will see Horizon Stars LLC on your credit card statement*
2.3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as specified on our website.
Cancellations for standard transfers
*Guideline: under 2 hours travel time / under 200KM*

Cancellations for long/custom transfers, day tours, “as directed,” “dispo” guides, and boat tours

Horizon Stars reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather, safety concerns, or other factors. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement. Horizon Stars LLC will not remain responsible for force majeure, including acts of God, fire, flood, storms, war, civil unrest, military or police action, rebellion, banditry, riots, explosions, epidemics, and any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Horizon Stars LLC.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
Customers are advised to be ready at the designated pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes beyond the agreed pickup time for private transfers. Delays beyond this time may result in additional charges or cancellation without a refund.
Grace Period / Wait Time:
Airport Pick-up: 60-minutes wait time after the plane arrives. For flight delays exceeding 60 minutes, we’ll do our best to accommodate the changes in schedule.
Other (house, hotel, medical buildings, etc.): 15-minute wait time after the scheduled pickup time
Extra Time: $1 per each extra minute
Sedan: (1-3 pax) 2 large suitcases & 2 small ones OR 3 medium suitcases only.
Minivan: (1-7 pax): 6 large suitcases & 4 small OR 6 medium suitcases & 6 small.
Minivan: (1-8 pax): 8 large suitcases & 4 small OR 8 medium suitcase and 8 small
Luxury Limo: (1-3pax) 1 large suitcase & 2 carry on OR 3 medium suitcases only.
Minibuses – Larger Sprinters: (specs per vehicle)
Suitcases by law go in the trunk – excess luggage will require additional vehicle/s and will be charged extra

Children under 12 years must use appropriate car seats or boosters as per law of each country. Please inform us at the time of booking if car seats are required.
5.1. Accuracy of Information: Ensure all provided booking details are accurate. Horizon Stars is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information.
5.2. Behavior: Customers must behave respectfully toward our staff, drivers, and other passengers. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the service without a refund.
5.3. Alcohol and Smoking: Consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5.4. Compliance with Local Laws: All passengers are required to adhere to the laws of each country during their trip.
5.5. Client Liability: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. A sanitation fee is $250.00. Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.
6.1. Horizon Stars ensures that all vehicles meet local safety and insurance requirements.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: While we prioritize your safety and comfort, Horizon Stars is not liable for:
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the transfer or tour.
6.3 Legal Compliance: All vehicles are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company ensures that every vehicle meets the necessary safety standards and is properly licensed for the services provided.
6.4 Insurance Coverage: The Company ensures that all vehicles and passengers are fully insured in accordance with legal requirements. This includes comprehensive coverage for the vehicle, as well as passenger liability insurance.
6.5 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend customers purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, accidents, or medical emergencies.
6.6 Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver: By participating in any tour or service offered, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with travel and related activities, including but not limited to:
Outdoor activities (e.g., hiking, ziplining, water sports).
Transportation services (e.g., car transfers, boat rides).
Interaction with wildlife and unpredictable natural conditions.
6.6. You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, loss, or damage to property during your participation in any activities organized by the company.
6.7. You release and discharge the company, its employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, or liabilities arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7.1. Any special requests, including dietary preferences, accessibility needs, or additional stops, must be communicated at the time of booking. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, they cannot be guaranteed, unless confirmed in writing.
8.1. Horizon Stars shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or emergencies.
9.1 Flight Tracking: The Company actively monitors the arrival times of flights to ensure timely pickups. The Client must provide accurate flight details, including flight number and scheduled arrival time, at the time of booking. In case of flight delays, the Company will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge, provided that the flight delay is communicated to the Company in advance. If the flight is delayed more than 2 hours, we will not be able to guarantee a driver will be available to cover the service if the requested change conflicts with other scheduled job. We will do everything we can to provide a solution for pickup.
9.2 Unforeseen Flight Diversions: In the event of a flight diversion to a different city or airport other than the one originally scheduled, we cannot guarantee the availability of a driver at the new location.
9.3 No-Show Policy: If a flight is diverted and the Client is unable to arrive at the original destination as scheduled, this will be considered a “no-show” by the Company. The service will be deemed fulfilled, and no refund or credit will be issued for the missed service.
9.4 Failure to Communicate: If the Client fails to provide accurate flight information or notify the Company of changes in a timely manner, the Company will not be responsible for any delays or missed pickups.
10.1 Collaboration with Partners: Horizon Stars LLC collaborates with other reputable car hire companies that operate under the same high standards of quality, efficiency, and service. This collaboration ensures that the Client receives a consistent level of luxury and service, regardless of the vehicle provider.
10.2 Replacement Vehicles: In the event that the originally assigned vehicle and/or driver is unavailable on the reserved day due to prior booking or unforeseen circumstances, we will arrange for a replacement vehicle. This replacement vehicle will be of the same or higher class and level as the vehicle initially agreed upon. The Client will incur no additional charges for this upgrade unless otherwise specified.
11.1 Email Communication: The Client expressly agrees that any written communication from the Company, including but not limited to notices, invoices, and updates, may be sent via email to the email address provided in the contract. The Client acknowledges that such email communications have legal validity.
11.2 Email Confirmation: It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that the phone number and email address provided are correct and regularly monitored. The Company shall not be held liable for any missed communications due to incorrect or outdated contact information provided by the Client.
12.1. Horizon Stars values your privacy. We collect and store your personal information solely for the purpose of providing our services.
12.2. By booking with us, you consent to the use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
13.1. Horizon Stars reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of amendment.
